Dickens Raps Dunedin for 5 Hits Monday, September 22nd , 2025 It was a hits blitz for Andrew Dickens at Neutral Fields. The Cornfield Axemen right fielder tore into the Dunedin Otters for 5 hits in 7 at-bats, but it wasn't enough to win the game. The Otters swept past the Axemen, 5-4, to ruin Dickens's day. "We weren't locating our pitches well," Cornfield manager Pedro Hernández explained after the game. "Once you get behind in the count, you have to make really good pitches, rather than pretty good pitches, and we weren't able to do that today. Getting 5 hits from Andrew was nice but it wasn't enough." Andrew Dickens grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th, singled in the 10th, singled in the 12th and singled in the 14th.
