Marchand Captures L2 Award for Best Manager Thursday, November 6th , 2025 Club officials have reported seeing Glen Marchand at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Marchand the League 2 Manager of the Year Award for 2025. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Maples to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in Stade this season. Their beloved Maples took first place in the League 2 Division 1, rounding out the year with a 90-72 record. |
